Everything from gut issues like heartburn, bloating, constipation and diarrhea to systemic issues such as inflammation, joint pain, and heart disease to psychological issues such as depression and anxiety, can all be linked to the gut. Learn the connection between our microbiome, our health, our diets, and a western lifestyle while participating in this 3-week cleanse, based largely on the work of Dr. Alejandro Junger and his book, Clean.
My yearly cleanse, a 3-week, 4 session cleanse and class, will meet weekly via Zoom from 6-7 pm starting Tuesday, January 6th ending on Tuesday January 27th.
